I've lived at Sky Harbor for five years and love it here. It's quiet, close to Trax, has a great fitness center, there are computers that residents can use in the clubhouse, and they are always doing something to keep the property beautiful and well-maintained. Staff is wonderful and it's just a great place to live.

This is a great place to live! Love my unit, very nice, well kept and clean, love my wood floors. Never had any pest problems. Never had any issues with this apartment complex. Julio has always been the one to come over and repair the things needed in my home. The very first encounter that I had w him, was wonderful! We had a great conversation, we always wave hello to him & his wife when we see them in the neighborhood. He also repaired my home with care and attentiveness.

The communication from the office has always been very quick and responsive. The hot tub is awesome, racquetball is super fun, shooting hoops is a great way to pass the time, and the gym is super accessible! All the FoodTruck Fridays and little events, like Beers and Brats, make staying here an exciting experience and we're always looking forward to what's coming next! Never a dull moment at Sky Harbor. Girls in the office are always so nice. Maintenance is always quick to respond and is nice as well. Right across from a TRAX station (not useful for me but definitely for others) and a 5 minute walk from a bunch of free EV charging (which is really useful for me), so location is great.

If you love the city and downtown area, you are only about maybe 5 mins away from downtown. And if you want to take a flight out, the airport is probably about 5 mins away as well - and if you catch TRAX as your transportation, TRAX is just a walk away and across the street from Sky Harbor.

Let's just say my best friends are jealous of the living situation that I have, compared to theirs. This place does not screw you over, it’s a very quiet complex, the amenities are amazing, love the 2 hot tubs, sauna, and pool. I have had some problems with leakages and the maintenance people have been on their A game. I love my loft. This place is definitively a home run.
